Empowering Enterprise Lead Worker

Salary - £19,051 per annum FTE

1x 7.5 hours per week covering Teignbridge & Torquay

1x 7.5 hours per week covering North Devon

Fixed-Term Contract until 31/12/2019

To engage, inspire and support a caseload of young people aged 18-24 who are furthest from the labour market. To mentor and support these young people to overcome barriers, build resilience and develop the skills needed to progress into work, training or education.

Empowering Enterprise is a project funded by Big Lottery & the ESF, moving unemployed and economically inactive participants between the ages of 18-24 towards training or employment.
