Description :

37 hours per week (full-time or part-time applications will be considered), based at Young Devon Supported Housing Projects in Newton Abbot & Exeter.

Permanent Contract

Young Devon are looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker for 37 hours per week to work in our supported housing projects. This will be working in a mixture of residential and floating support projects in Newton Abbot and Exeter. 

You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
