Mental Health Support Worker

The Project
We are looking for someone to join our established and committed team to help improve the lives of young people with mental health issues.

This post is to provide temporary maternity cover.

Main tasks include: to act as first point of contact for young people joining The Project; to run evening support sessions for young people age 13-24; planning, organising and delivering age-appropriate activities; processing referrals and assessing the needs of young people on a 1:1 basis; liaising with referrers, parents and young people.
