Job Purpose
The smooth day to day running of the charity shop. To maximise sales and minimise costs. Be accountable for the effective management of staff, volunteers, stock and administration. To motivate and train staff and volunteers to a high standard, creating a team spirit in the store. You will deliver excellent customer service and present a professional image to volunteers and customers at all times reflecting the image and reputation of Pete’s Dragons.
About You
Having previous experience in Charity retail and the retail sector in general is desirablel, as is a can-do attitude.
