Church and Community Youth Work Leader

Hours: Full time preferred (37.5 hours pw) including evening & weekends. 2 year post initially including 6 month probationary period.

This post is for someone who can be the lead deliverer of our youth work programme and equip, serve and empower others to join in with the work. A relationship with Jesus is central to the role.

• passionate about youth and young people having relationship with Jesus
• passionate about loving and serving the young people of Exeter
• experienced in planning and leading youth work in church and non-church settings
• a leader with vision for youth and who can empower others and grow community
