Day Role

A range of hours currently available (Mon-Fri) with a minimum of 7 per week and a maximum of 20 per week based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Ivybridge.

Permanent Contract

Night (Sleep-In) Role

Salary - £111. 38 per night shift

2 nights per week, based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Ivybridge.

We are looking to recruit daytime Housing Support Workers to work in our supported housing projects, working in a mixture of residential and floating support projects in Ivybridge/Totnes and a Sleep-in Housing Support Worker based in our residential project in Ivybridge. 

You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
