Night (Sleep-In) Role – 2 Nights per week

  • 1 night based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Barnstaple
  • 1 floating night per week in Barnstaple or Ilfracombe

4 week rolling rota (including some weekends if required), Permanent Contract

We are looking to recruit daytime Housing Support Workers to work in our supported housing projects, working in a mixture of residential and floating support projects in Ilfracombe. We are also looking to recruit a Sleep-in Housing Support Worker based in our residential project in Barnstaple and one floating night per week in either Barnstaple or Ilfracombe.

You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
