Salary - £27,864 per annum

Full-time (37 hours per week) (Flexible working hours)

Location is flexible between Newton Abbot and Exeter

Ensuring young people’s voices are heard is core to our work at Young Devon.  We are now looking for a Participation Team Leader to join us. This is an opportunity to work for a well-respected local charity with a proud history of working with young people in Devon. We have a track record of supporting those most in need with their housing, emotional health, skills and ensuring their voices are heard in decision making.

You will lead a team of participation staff to deliver our projects and high quality training programs to young people, parents and professionals.
