Participation Worker - Torbay Youth Trust

Part time - 0.5 FTE

This is an exciting new role in the development of Torbay Youth Trust.

You will lead our participation work with children and young people across our Youth Service activities, with a key priority being our Cared for Community projects.

We are looking for someone that can empower children and young people, particularly those in our Cared for Community aged 8 – 18 years, to have their voice individually and collectively to bring about positive change and collaboration.

You will have the proven ability to lead projects, overseeing the work of other team members within the project.

A level 2 Youth Work qualification or equivalent is required with a willingness to complete Level 3.
