Skills & Qualifications Lead Tutor - Young Devon (Job Ref 21-03)

Full-time (37 hours per week) based in Plymouth.

Fixed-Term Contract until 31/8/2021 (With the expectation of continuation post this date subject to renewal of funding).

This role will recruit, lead, inspire and support groups of disadvantaged and hard to reach young people through accredited vocational programmes and by delivering and assessing qualifications in Employability, Teamwork and Personal Development skills.

The candidate will support Young People in their aspirations to gain functional skills qualifications in numeracy and literacy and supporting young people to progress into employment, education or training. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative and passionate about helping young people and be experienced in delivering group based learning.
