Supported Housing Project Co-ordinator (Job Ref 20-04)

Salary - £25,043 pro rata

20 hours per week (Mon-Fri), one post based at Young Devon Supported Housing one post based in Newton Abbot and another in Exeter

Permanent Contract

Housing Support Worker (Sleep-in) - Exeter (Job Ref 20-05)

Salary - £102.63 per night

7 nights per week to be covered, applicants can apply for 1-3 nights (3 nights considered to be equivalent to full-time) based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Exeter.

We are looking to recruit a project co-ordinator to work in our supported housing projects in Newton Abbot and Exeter, overseeing a mixture of residential and floating support projects, and sleep-in housing support workers based in our residential project in Exeter. 

You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
