Description :

Part-time (10 hours per week) based in Exeter with flexibility to cover Devon.

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

 (With the expectation of continuation after this date dependent on funding)

Are you keen to change the odds in favour of young people and do you have a passion to enable their voice to be heard? If so come and join our  Advocacy Team and build quality relationships to help young people thrive.

You will be advocating for Devon children and young people who have additional needs. You will get the chance to help young people to prepare for their transition to adulthood and/or adult services.

We work in partnership with young people and gather information from professionals so that the young people you support are able to make informed decisions, and have their voices heard.

 This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable to change, have a good knowledge of the principles of Advocacy and awareness of the Care Act 2014. We are looking forward to receiving applications to join our enthusiastic, creative team.
