Mental Health First Aid - 2 day course on 13 & 14 Feb 2025

Delivered by VOYC Devon - Youth Mental Health First Aid is a 2 day course:-

When : 9.30am - 5.30pm,  Thursday 13th and Friday 14th February 2025.

Venue : Tiverton Youth Centre Hut, Bolham Road, Tiverton, EX16 6SG

Cost : VOYC Members only £100/each which is refundable upon completing both days (non-members £175/each)

MHFA Training is an internationally recognised training course designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

By attending this course you will gain:-

• An in depth understanding of young people’s mental health;

• Practical skills to spot the triggers of mental health issues;

• Confidence to support a young person in distress;

• Enhanced interpersonal skills;

• Ability to support a young person with a long term mental health issue;

• Tools to look after your own mental wellbeing.
