VOYC Devon - AGM 2022

VOYC Devon AGM - starts 7 pm.

If you would like to join us for the meeting please let us know by email (admin@voycdevon.org.uk) if you will be attending in person at The 100 Club, Wear Barton Road, Countess Wear, Exeter, EX2 7EH or virtually online (via Zoom).  If attending online -  we will send you joining instructions on the Friday before the AGM.

• Electronic Voting Form – Important - would you please spend a few minutes reading our Annual Report and then complete the e- voting form by clicking here. It is important that we receive your electronic vote as it helps us meet the legal quorum required and helps endorse our work and proposals for the Officers for 2022/23.  Deadline for voting Friday 24 June 2022 (9 am).
• Trustee Nomination Form - VOYC members are able to make nominations for individuals to become a VOYC Trustee.  If you wish to make a nomination please use the attached form.
