Who is this course for?

This course is for Individuals and organisations who are already using social media to promote their enterprise but haven’t yet got to grips with how to use it effectively. It covers all the basics that you need to master, while considering what you want to be using social media for in the first place. It’s useful for beginners and intermediate users that want to go back to basics and be more strategic.

Social media needs to work for you and the more you enjoy it, the easier it becomes. This naturally leads to better content that’s well received and shared, paving the way for social media success.

Please note, while all the major social media platforms will be considered and there will practical exercises during the session, it doesn’t offer a step by step guide into how to use any specific platform. However, there will be opportunities to ask specific questions during the session.

What will be covered in this course?

  • Why use social media?
  • How to tell a good story.
  • Source and create great content.
  • Managing social media – plan, monitor and engage.

This workshop aims to….

  • Inspire you to tell your story and empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to help make a real difference to your social media satisfaction and success.

 What you will take away…

  • Following the workshop, each participant receives a 5-point plan bespoke to the individual/ organisation and their needs, which they can start to implement straight away to make immediate improvements and gets results.

To book your place on this course please email admin@voycdevon.org.uk
