Full-time (37 hours per week) based at Exeter YES
As part of our Youth Enquiry Service offer, this role will give comprehensive and realistic housing advice and support to young people. Working alongside those aged 16-25 years, often in crisis and at risk of homelessness, supporting them to make decisions, have their voice heard and obtain the services they need. Using a Youth Work person-centered approach, the role will engage young people, families/carers and partner agencies in early intervention solutions to prevent homelessness.
Building quality relationships with young people is at the centre of every Young Devon service. If you have the skills and experience and can evidence what it takes to positively engage with children, young people and families, then we would love to hear from you.
