Permanent Contract – 2 set nights per week in Exeter and 1 floating night in Exeter/Newton Abbot

As part of our Supported Housing Team, you will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, helping to equip them with the skills necessary to successfully live independently. And maintain a tenancy.

You will be appointed as a Key-Worker creating individual care plans for the young people you support. This plan will cover areas such as education, employment and training, budgeting, health & hygiene, social skills and independent living. You will also take responsibility for the buildings whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.

We are looking to recruit for two set nights per week based at our Exeter projects with an additional floating night to cover sickness, annual leave etc at Exeter or Newton Abbot.
