Housing Support Worker (Job Ref 19-36)

Salary - £19,433 pro rata

15-20 hours per week (Mon-Fri), one post based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Ivybridge/Totnes and another post in Newton Abbot/Exeter

Salary - £19,433 pro rata

6 hours per weekend (3 hrs Sat & 3 hrs Sun), one post based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Ivybridge and another post in Newton Abbot

Housing Support Worker (Sleep-in) (Job Ref 19-38)

Salary - £102.63 per night

2 nights per week, based at Young Devon Supported Housing Project in Ivybridge.

We are looking to recruit a daytime housing support worker to work in our supported housing projects, working in a mixture of residential and floating support projects in Ivybridge/Totnes and Newton Abbot/Exeter, and a sleep-in housing support worker based in our residential project in Ivybridge. 

You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
