Senior Organiser and Co-ordinator (two posts) - Homestart - Exeter, East and Mid Devon - Vacancies

We are recruiting for two posts:

Senior Organiser 

Full time (37hrs a week) role, salary £28,226 per annum.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the scheme (60% time allocation) reporting to the board of trustees and managing the staff team, plus a small caseload of families and volunteers (40% time allocation).

Co-ordinator

A flexible post, either full time (37hrs a week) or two part-time posts of 20hrs a week, salary £22,571 FTE per annum. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and supporting a team of volunteers, and working with families within a multi-agency environment.

We are based in Exmouth, however both roles come with the flexibility of working both in the office and at home, as well as making regular visits to families, volunteers, and groups. Use of your own car is required, for which mileage allowance is paid. Posts are subject to a satisfactory criminal records (DBS) check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Induction and relevant training is provided, regular supervision, a generous 32 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays) and automatic access to an occupational pension.
