JNC: unqualified scale pt 9 - 10, qualified scale pt 10 - 13 (£19,406 - £22,913)

We value everyone's contribution and create safe spaces for exploration and growth. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Youth Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Chances. Chances are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join part of an experienced team and work collaboratively to ensure that young people are engaged in their education and seek to unlock their potential. We look to offer both academic and pastoral support to young people who have been referred to the provision as they are close to exclusion from their mainstream school. This may take the form of 1-1 support focusing on the well being of a young person or supporting group activities inside the classroom focusing on education. The success candidate will be expected to deliver formal and informal educational support to young people on the fringes of mainstream education.
