Sessional Worker - Supported Housing (Day/Nights) - Young Devon (Job Ref 21-01)

Salary – Day/Evening shift £10.41 per hour

Salary – Night shift £111.38 per shift (7.30pm-10.00am)

Plus annual leave entitlement

Cover of specific day/evening and over-night shifts based at Young Devon supported housing projects in North Devon. Sessional basis only.

As part of our Supported Housing Team, you will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, helping to equip them with the skills necessary to live independently and maintain a tenancy.

You will work with the young people supporting them with their life skills covering areas such as education, employment and training, budgeting, health & hygiene, social skills and independent living.  You will also take responsibility for the security and health and safety of our buildings whilst on shift.

We require someone who is enthusiastic and committed to improving the life chances of young people and improving their personal and skills development

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management
