Supported Lodgings Coordinator - Young Devon (Job Ref 22-11)

Hours available from 22.5 – 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a passionate enthusiastic and skilled individual to be part of our successful team supporting young people living with our Hosts in Supported Lodgings.

You will work with our hosts and young people across Exeter, East Devon, Mid and North Devon, ensuring young people have a voice and are placed and supported in the best accommodation options for them.

We support young people to engage in education, training and to gain the life skills to live and thrive independently in their community.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
