2 x Housing Support Workers – Nights (Sleep-in Project Workers) (Job Ref 20-10) - Young Devon

2 x Part-time roles – based at our Supported Housing project in Paignton

• Both roles for 2 nights per week

4 week rolling rota (including some weekends if required)

Fixed-Term contract until 30^th November 2020

We require 2 x Sleep-In Housing Support Workers for our housing project for nights on a 4 week rolling rota, including weekends.  You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -18 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence.

You will provide resettlement support and life skills to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.

This post includes lone working with on-call support from management.
