The successful candidate will manage a team of IDVAs and work with a wide range of partners and colleagues to develop and deliver strategies, services and plans that support victims and survivors of domestic abuse. You will be experienced in working in a domestic abuse/community safety environment and be able to demonstrate your experience of delivering services to safeguard victims. You will have proven management and performance management skills and be able to work under pressure with a commitment to inclusive team working.
HOURS: 25 hrs per week
TENURE: Fixed Term for one year
