Purpose of Job
To work collaboratively with young people to facilitate their personal, social and educational development. To support young people during their period of transition from dependence to interdependence by enabling them to gain a voice, influence and place in society.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist SPACE staff in the delivery of a balanced youth work curriculum at Barnstaple Youth Centre. To assist in meeting the needs of young people aged 11 to 19 (and exceptionally ages 10 - 24) within your locality team area. Duties will be carried out under the direction of experienced colleagues..
