We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised administrator who isn’t afraid to learn about tech and cloud based systems with the help of an established team.

Key Responsibilities:
To provide assistance with onsite IT tasks for our remote IT team.
To provide administrative support for our Leadership Team and during an ongoing review of the organisation's infrastructure.

Core Tasks:
To provide assistance with the set up of laptops / mobile phones for Space colleagues
To provide onsite troubleshooting support for laptops / mobile phones in conjunction with the offsite IT support team
Provide assistance to the offsite IT support team with the development of the Space IT environment based on google systems
First level troubleshooting for a range of 3rd party softwares.
Support leadership team and managers with ad hoc and time limited administrative tasks, including the management of spreadsheets, data processes and systems.
To undertake appropriate training (personnel/finance and ICT)
Any other duties commensurate with the grading of the post
