Bethany House has 4 new and exciting opportunities for Support Workers with experience or a passion to work with young people. Bethany House is our Exeter based young people’s support service. The team provide quality one to one support to give young people the opportunities to shape their own lives and to have an improved quality of life. By you working with young people you can inspire them to understand their capabilities and what they are able to achieve.

Duties also include:

  • Supporting customers to engage with creative support plans on a one-to-one basis.
  • Delivering individual and group support sessions with the customers.
  • Working with external agencies and developing close links with the local community.

In your role you will be part of an exciting new team at Bethany House. The rota will involve you working on your own during the evenings and weekends. The service is staffed 24 hours a day so this job will include the cover of sleep in shifts (with an additional payment per night).

The new roles are all permanent positions and are all part time (1 x 16 hours per week, 3 x 24 hours per week).

Bethany House is located near the centre of Exeter therefore easily accessible via public transport.
