Team Administrator (Job Share) - Torbay Youth Trust

Torbay Youth Trust is recruiting for a part-time Team Administrator to become a permanent member of our valued team. This role is available on a job share basis for 18.5 hours per week across 5 mornings.

You will carry out a wide variety of administrative tasks, generating and maintaining a range of reports and data to support the Youth and Young Carers Service.

You will manage and coordinate our activities programmes and be a first line contact with our young people and their families.

You will receive and process referrals for our services.

You will thrive on developing improvements and supporting teams to deliver great outcomes to improve the lives of young people. You will need to be adaptable and resilient to change and the challenges we face.

You will possess excellent knowledge and technological skills in Microsoft Office Software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The post holder will be required to work in an agile way from our hubs across Torbay. Homeworking and lone working also being a feature of the role.
