We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Youth Support Worker to work as part of our Newton Abbot team.  The work will be part-time, permanent, 7 hours per week, and will include 2 evenings per week.

Salary: JNC: unqualified scale pt 5 - 6, qualified scale pt 7 - 10 (£3,653.40 - £4,183.00) Pay award pending

What is the role?

We work collaboratively to ensure that young people are engaged in meaningful activities and programmes that seek to unlock their potential, give them a voice and positively shape their future prospects.

  • Supporting youth work in a variety of settings

  • Being collaborative and a team player 

  • Supporting the design  and deliver of the youth work curriculum and programmes

  • Planning, evaluating and evidencing of youth work
