Clinical Lead and Supervisor - Young Devon (Job Ref 20-12)

Part-time (20 hours per week) based at Exeter or Newton Abbot, some flexibility to work from home

Young Devon has been supporting the wellbeing of young people in Devon for the last 20 years and we are keen to develop our practice and find new approaches to support the emerging needs of young people. This role will be at the forefront of this work.

We are looking for a Clinical Lead and Supervisor to oversee our Wellbeing Practitioner supervision as part of our commitment to Improved Access to Psychological Therapies.

This is a new key role in our leadership team helping us to further develop our wellbeing offer, ensuring quality and clinical best practice continues as we expand our psychologically-informed and trauma-informed practice across our services.

This role will involve reviewing our impact and outcomes and thematic improvements across our work. This role is crucial to the positive outcome for young people and work within Young Devon.
